.DISCUSSION...Westerly winds will prevail through early afternoon
before veering northwesterly by late afternoon. Winds will then
become northeasterly (offshore) during the overnight hours and in
into early Tuesday morning under clear skies. Thus, relative
humidities will be around 30% this afternoon with temperatures
forecast to be in the upper 70s to lower 80s. Poor humidity
recoveries are expected overnight, only reaching up to 50%.
Onshore flow will return by Thursday with rain possible starting
Friday and lasting through the weekend. The rain chances and
amount are still in question, but higher humidity and cooler
weather are in store this weekend either way.
