allow for increasing westerly winds Monday afternoon and evening at
the project site.  The best chance for gusts in excess of 20 mph will
occur between 1500-1900 hours Monday. Winds will gradually ease
overnight into Tuesday morning with moderate to good humidity recovery.
A significant warming and drying trend starts Wednesday with breezy
north winds forecast across the region.
