.DISCUSSION...The trick part of the forecast will be the influence
of the marine layer and if low clouds/stratus or fog make it to the
burn site. Observations near the area of similar elevations show
near excellent to excellent recovery last night (Thursday night
into Friday). This should be welcomed given the RH values are
expected to dip in the to around 40 percent, give or take 5
percent on each side. Outside of that, winds during the daytime
should be from the southwest around 5 to 10 mph, with gusts up to
15 mph possible.
