gradual clearing expected this afternoon. Stratus is expected to
return again tonight with the marine layer remaining at a depth of
3000 ft. Light, non-accumulating drizzle is possible overnight
tonight into early Thursday morning. West to northwest winds peak
between 10 to 15 with gusts up to 25 mph this afternoon/evening
before winds decrease tonight into Thursday.
