Waters from Pigeon Point to Point Pinos 10-60 NM...
Waters from Point Pinos to Point Piedras Blancas 10-60 NM...

* At 133 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This
  strong thunderstorm was located 38 NM southwest of Point Ano
  Nuevo, moving southeast at 25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Mainly open waters of Waters from Pigeon Point to Point Pinos
  10-60 NM and Waters from Point Pinos to Point Piedras Blancas
  10-60 NM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
