* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, north winds 15 to
  20 kt expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory, north
  winds 10 to 15 kt expected.

* WHERE...Waters from Point Pinos to Point Piedras Blancas 10-
  60 NM.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, from 3 PM this
  afternoon to 9 PM PST this evening. For the second Small Craft
  Advisory, from 3 PM to 9 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

* WHAT...Dense fog will reduce visibility to 1/4 NM or less.

* WHERE...San Pablo Bay, Suisun Bay, the West Delta and the San
  Francisco Bay.

* WHEN...Until 11 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility will make navigation difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The most severe impacts are expected across
  the San Pablo Bay, the Suisun Bay, and the West Delta.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
