.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move E and SE over the waters
tonight through Wed while weakening. A low pressure center and
another front will move slowly E and NE across the waters Wed
night through Thu. High pressure will build into the waters Thu
night through Fri night, then persist into Sun night. Low
pressure will develop SE of the waters Fri night into Sat, then
meander E of the region through Sun night.
