.SYNOPSIS...A weak low just to the S of the E waters will very
slowly push E today while weakening. A weak surface ridge of high
pressure will persist over the N waters today and tonight before
retreating Tue. A weak cold front will approach from the N Tue
and Tue night as a low pressure trough develops along the coast.
The front will stall N of the area Wed and persist into Thu night
before lifting further north. A cold front from the west will
reach the coast Fri night.
