.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will prevail over the far S
waters today through Mon. A stationary front will persist over
the far N waters the next couple of days. Low pressure will
continue moving well E and NE of the area today while
strengthening. The front will linger off of the mid- Atlantic
coast today through Mon with a series of weak lows moving E along
the front. A slightly stronger low will move E and NE along the
front off of the Virginia Capes late Mon, continue to move slowly
E and NE over the central and N waters Tue and Tue night, and
then weaken to the E and NE of the area Wed. A low pressure
trough will strengthen along the coast Wed and Wed night, with a
warm front developing and lifting NE from the N waters Wed night.
A cold front will approach from the W and NW Thu, and then move
offshore Thu night.
