.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist across the
southern waters through Thu night. A stationary front will linger
along the N and central mid- Atlantic coast tonight through about
Tue night. Several weak low pressure areas are expected to move E
and NE along a stalled  frontal boundary tonight into Tue, then
move NE of the area by early Wed. A low pressure trough will
strengthen inland and over the N and central N mid Atlantic coast
Wed and Wed night, with a warm front developing and lifting NE
and passing N of the waters Wed night. A cold front will approach
from the W and NW Thu, and then move offshore Thu night into Fri.
The cold front will likely stall as it moves SE over the central
waters Fri and then likely dissipate before Fri night as high
pressure builds over the mid-Atlantic and southern areas Sat and
Sat night.
