.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure will remain in place over the
northern and central waters tonight through Mon night. The high
will slowly shift E of the waters Tue into Wed while maintaining
a weakening ridge axis W and SW into the area. A low pressure
trough along the SE coast will persist tonight through Tue, then
weaken Tue night into Wed. A strong cold front will reach the
northern waters late Wed, then move quickly S across the northern
and central waters Wed night. The front will stall across the
southern and outer central waters Thu and Thu night, while high
pressure builds to the N of the area. The USCG communications
facility Charleston, South Carolina is still experiencing
technical difficulties. Technicians are aware of the problem. We
apologize for any inconvenience.
