.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure centered about 230 nm SE of Nantucket
will slowly drift S across the outer mid- Atlantic waters today
through Mon night, then turn E and move away from the waters Tue
into Wed. A high pressure ridge will gradually build S along the
mid-Atlantic coast today and tonight, then continue building S
along the coast Mon into Tue night. The ridge will shift offshore
Wed and, then shift NE and weaken Wed night and Thu. Low pressure
will develop offshore of the northern waters Thu night.
