.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will dominate the area this morning,
and then shift E of the waters later today into Mon while
maintaining a ridge across the S portion into Tue night. A weak
cold front will move slowly S over the N portion Mon into Mon
night, stall over the central waters Tue into Tue night, slowly
return N as a warm front Wed into Thu, and then lift N of the
area Thu night. High pressure will build over the N waters behind
the front Tue, persist into Wed, and then weaken and shift E of
the N waters Wed night. A cold front will approach the coast from
the W Thu night.
