.SYNOPSIS... A warm front over the far NE waters will pass NE of
the area this morning. A strong cold front will move SE over the
waters today into Mon. High pressure will build over the S waters
Mon through Tue night while a series of low pressure troughs pass
SE over the N waters. The high will gradually expand N over the
entire region Wed and Wed night, then shift E of the area Thu.
Low pressure will move slowly E over the N portion Wed into Thu
night while pulling a cold front across the waters.
