.SYNOPSIS...Tonight through Thu, the waters will be between high
pressure over the Great Lakes and broad low pressure well out
over the N Atlantic centered near 34N. A cold front over the N
waters will move S through the waters overnight through Thu. Thu
night, a secondary low should form S of Nova Scotia, intensifying
late Thu night and Fri. On Fri, the low could be centered as far
W as about 65W as the low pivots S, with increasing winds
immediately on the W side of the low. Mariners should monitor
later forecasts and consider avoidance plans as needed. This
second low will slowly move farther E into the N Atlantic Fri
night through Sat night as high pressure gradually moves E over
the area. High pressure will be over the waters Sun, shifting E
Sun night. Another cold front passes across the waters Mon and
Mon night.
