.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over the S waters will stall and
dissipate tonight. High pressure across the N and central areas
will persist into Mon, then move E of the region Mon night
through Wed night while maintaining a ridge SW over the N and
central waters through Thu night. A low pressure trough or low
pressure system will pass over or just S of the S waters Thu
night into Fri night.
