.SYNOPSIS...A broad and complex coastal low will persist across
the northern waters today. A low center SE of Cape Fear this
morning will move quickly E across the northern waters today and
tonight. On Tue, a new low center will form over the outer Mid-
Atlantic waters. Mariners should continue to monitor later
forecasts on this coastal system as it will be highly impactful
to the mariner through the middle of the week. The entire complex
low will drift SE away from the waters Tue night through Wed
night. As the broad low continues to drift slowly E, high
pressure will build S into the eastern U.S. Wed through Fri,
maintaining a strong pressure gradient across the northern
waters. The low will finally move E away from the area Fri night
as high pressure builds E offshore into the waters.
