.SYNOPSIS...A front will remain nearly stationary over the N
waters through Wed. Low pressure will slowly move E along the
front today, then move to the NE tonight. A series of weak lows
are expected to develop along the front and also move NE Mon
through Wed. The front should move N as a warm front Wed night,
attached to low pressure moving N along and near the east coast.
A surface trough will be located over the area, S of the low and
warm front, for Thu and Thu night.
