.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will pass by just N of the waters
today, then expand across the outer and southern waters tonight
and Wed. A cold front will move slowly S across the northern
waters Wed night and Thu, then stall just N of 31N Thu night
before dissipating Fri. High pressure will build over most of
the area Fri, then shift SE of the area Fri night and Sat. An
area of low pressure will pass by to the N of the area Sat night.
