.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build just N of the waters today,
then shift E of the region tonight into Wed. A cold front will
move slowly S across the waters Wed night into Thu night before
dissipating Fri. High pressure will build over the area Thu night
into Fri, then shift SE of the region Fri night and Sat. Another
cold front will approach from the N Sat night.
