.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will persist across the waters
through Wed, then shift E of the region Wed night and Thu. Winds
and seas will likely increase Thu into Fri ahead of Hurricane
Helene moving from the eastern Gulf of Mexico inland into the
Southeast U.S. All marine interests should closely monitor the
latest forecasts from the National Hurricane Center. Another
ridge will build across the area Fri night through Sun night.
