.SYNOPSIS...A surface front remains nearly stationary over and
near the E waters today, shifting N as a warm front overnight
tonight while weakening. High pressure builds in from the E for
Sat and Sat night as a lingering trough over the area diminishes.
A cold front approaches the NW waters late Sat night and moves
SE into the area Sun and Sun night, becoming stationary over the
waters Mon through Tue. The front should lift NW and N as a warm
front Tue night.
