.SYNOPSIS...A broad, complex low pressure system well NE of the
area will continue moving E and NE into the N Atlantic tonight.
A low pressure trough will move through the area later tonight.
A cold front will approach from the N Wed, then pass across the
waters Wed night into Thu. Strong high pressure will build S
over the waters Thu through Sun. The high will shift E Sun night
as another cold front approaches from the NW.
