.SYNOPSIS...A weak high pressure ridge will shift E and
dissipate early today. A strong cold front will approach from
the NW later today, then move across the waters tonight and
early Mon. A secondary, reinforcing cold front will move SE
across the area late Mon and Mon night. Strong high pressure will
build E over the waters late Mon night through Wed. After a
passing cold front or low pressure trough Wed night, high
pressure will rebuild across the area Thu and Thu night.
