.SYNOPSIS...The remnants of Post-Tropical Cyclone Imelda will
track E and NE and move well E of the waters tonight through
Fri. NE swell from the remnants of Humberto and Imelda will
continue through Fri. Strong high pressure will build S toward
the area tonight through Fri night, then persist into Mon night
before shifting NE of the region Tue and Tue night. A low
pressure trough will slowly weaken along the SE coast tonight,
and then continue into Tue. The NAVTEX station in Charleston,
South Carolina is currently inoperative. Technicians are aware,
and are working on the issue.
