.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge over the waters tonight will
weaken Thu and Thu night as a cold front approaches from the W
and NW. The cold front will stall N of the area Fri and is
expected to dissipate by Fri night as high pressure rebuilds over
the region later Fri night into Mon night.
