.SYNOPSIS...Weak high E of the region will gradually shift
farther E tonight into Sat while maintaining a ridge across the
waters. The ridge will weaken Sat night into Sun. A cold front
will approach from the NW Sun night, drift S across the area Mon
and Mon night, then stall just E of the waters Mon night through
Wed night. Low pressure will develop along the front Wed and Wed
night. High pressure will build toward the Mid-Atlantic coast
behind the cold front Mon into Tue, with a tightening pressure
gradient resulting in strengthening NE winds.
