Southeast Gulf of America

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure is over the eastern United States and
low pressure is off the Carolinas. This pattern is supporting
moderate to fresh NE winds and 4 to 6 ft seas across the
southeast Gulf. Winds will diminish overnight across the basin as
the low pressure moves farther north, and pulls a cold front
across the far southeast Gulf and Straits of Florida. Ridging will
build across the Gulf by midweek, allowing for gentle to moderate
easterly winds.

.SUN...N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 3 to 5 ft.
.SUN NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft.
.MON...NE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A 1000 mb low pressure is centered near 31N77W,
supporting near-gale force winds and rough seas through the
evening north of 27N. An associated cold front will extend from
the low center across south Florida into the SE Gulf of America.
Winds and seas will diminish through early Mon as the low pressure
moves north of the area.

.TONIGHT...SW to W winds 15 to 20 kt S of 27N, and W 20 to 30 kt
N of 27N. Seas 6 to 8 ft in E swell. Scattered showers and
isolated tstms.
.SUN...W winds 10 to 15 kt S of 27N, and W 15 to 20 kt N of 27N.
Seas 6 to 8 ft in E swell. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
.SUN NIGHT...N to NE winds 5 to 10 kt S of 27N, and W 10 to 15 kt
N of 27N. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Scattered showers and isolated tstms.
