.SYNOPSIS....A 1031 mb Bermuda High near 36N55W will continue to
promote moderate to fresh NE to E trades through Thu night. As
the high slides eastward and weakens some, the trades will
diminish Fri through early Sat. New high pressure will move
eastward off the middle Atlantic coast of the U.S. Sat night and
promote moderate to fresh trades across the local waters through
the weekend.
