.SYNOPSIS...A weak ridge continues along 31N to the E of 75W.
High pressure over the central Atlantic will build westward
across the Atlantic and into Florida tonight through Sat. This
pattern is expected to produce moderate to fresh winds and
moderate seas across the area waters. A pair of tropical waves
will move across the area waters through Wed night and briefly
freshen winds.
