.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure pattern will persist through Sat
supporting moderate or weaker winds and slight to moderate seas.
Northerly swell will reach the Atlantic waters and passages from
Friday into early next week. A tropical wave is forecast to move
across the eastern Caribbean early next week bringing an increase
in winds and seas.
