.SYNOPSIS....Light to gentle winds and slight to moderate seas
in N swell will dominate the forecast waters early this week.
Afterward, gentle to moderate trade winds are expected for the
rest of the period as high pressure builds southward toward the
region. Winds may occasionally reach fresh speeds across Caribbean
waters starting Tue night.
