.SYNOPSIS...A weak ridge continues along 29N to the E of 75W.
High pressure over the central Atlantic will then build westward
across the Atlantic along 28N-29N and into Florida tonight
through Sat. This pattern is expected to produce moderate to
fresh winds and moderate seas across the area waters. A pair of
tropical waves will move across the area waters Tue through Wed
night, and briefly freshen winds.
