.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to occasionally fresh trade winds will
occur over the regional waters into Sun as high pressure prevails
to the northeast. Locally rough seas in E to SE swell over the
Atlantic waters will subside slightly tonight through Fri, before
a new swell reinforces rough seas this weekend.
