.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trade winds and moderate seas in an
east swell are expected over the regional waters through Wed as
weak ridging prevails in the central Atlantic. The trade winds
are forecast to increase to fresh speeds over the Atlantic waters
starting Sat and over the Caribbean waters starting Wed night
as the ridge strengthens. Rough seas in mixed north and east
are expected in the Atlantic waters late this week.
