.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds are expected over the
regional waters into tonight as a moderate pressure gradient
prevails between low pressure in the south-central Caribbean and
high pressure to the north. Wind-driven, choppy seas will be
possible today. Mainly moderate winds and moderate seas are then
expected Tue through late week.
