.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to occasionally fresh E trade winds and
moderate seas are expected over the regional waters through late
Fri as a strong pressure gradient prevails between high pressure
in the central Atlantic and low pressure over northern Colombia.
Winds and seas will diminish slightly Fri into Sun as the high
weakens. Winds look to restrengthen early next week.
