.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to occasionally fresh trade winds and
moderate seas will occur over the regional waters into next week
as high pressure prevails to the north. A tropical wave over the
central Caribbean will progress westward through this weekend,
and increasing showers and thunderstorms are possible behind the
wave late this weekend and early next week.
