.SYNOPSIS...The gradient between high pressure centered over the
Carolinas and a stationary front SE of the basin is leading to
fresh to strong winds in the Florida Straits and far SE Gulf.
These winds will diminish Sun as the front dissipates. In the NW
Gulf, fresh to locally strong SE winds an approaching cold front
over Texas. This front will move offshore Mon, stall Mon night
into Tue, when a low pressure will form off Texas and move NE
into the SE U.S. Thereafter, the front will move SE farther into
the basin, but then stall into late week as another low forms
over Texas.

showers.
.SUN...SE winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming NE to E 15 to 20 kt in the
