.SYNOPSIS...High pressure centered well to the N and NW of the
waters will strengthen into early Wed, then gradually weaken
while shifting further W through Fri night. A low pressure trough
along the northern California coast will strengthen today into
much of tonight, then become much weaker through Fri night.
