.SYNOPSIS...A weak trough will persist along the California coast
into Sun night, strengthen Mon and Mon night, then weaken Tue
into Wed night while shifting to the southern coast. A cold front
will move into the northern waters Sun, central waters Sun night,
then dissipate across the central region Mon. High pressure will
build into N waters behind the front Sun night, then continue to
expand into the northern and central waters Mon into Wed night.
