.SYNOPSIS...A complex area of low pressure will move across the
central and northern waters early tonight, and consolidate while
intensifying over the N portion later tonight and early Thu. An
associated strong cold front will move E across the waters
tonight into Thu. The front will reach the southern waters by
late Thu, and pass SE of the waters late Thu night or Fri.
Meanwhile, weak high pressure will drift E over the far southern
waters tonight into Thu, eventually moving SE of the area Thu
night. Thereafter, another high pressure will build in slowly
from the W Thu night through Fri night behind the cold front.
High pressure will then weaken W of the waters Sat and Sat night
as a cold front approaches from the NW by Sat night. The cold
front will move SE across the N and central waters Sun into Sun
night, and reach the S waters late Sun night into Mon with high
pressure rebuilding over the area behind the front Mon and Mon
night.
