stationary W of the waters. A weakening cold front will move
across the northern California waters Mon and dissipate Mon
night. A stronger cold front will move across the northern waters
Tue night and dissipate across the central California waters Wed.
High pressure will expand E across the waters Wed through Fri
night, while trough forms along the coast.
