.SYNOPSIS...A cold front approaching from the N will move across
the northern and central waters today into tonight, then through
the southern waters later tonight into Tue night, followed by the
parent low. High pressure will build back across the region
behind the front Tue through Wed. A trough will develop along the
coast Wed night and persist into Fri before gradually weakening
Fri night.
