.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move SE over the S waters tonight.
High pressure will build to the W of the area tonight into Tue
then build over the N waters late Tue into Tue night. A warm
front will push E into the central and N waters Wed followed by a
cold front Wed night. The cold front will move inland across
northern California Wed night and push S across the S waters Thu
and Thu night. A low will develop along the S California coast
Thu night and persist into Sat before dissipating.
