.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure centered to the W of the area
will gradually weaken and be  centered W and SW of the region
while drifting further W through Sun night. A trough will persist
along the coast of Vancouver Island through late Fri night then
dissipate. A cold front will move SE over the waters Fri night
into Sat before dissipating Sat night.
