.SYNOPSIS...A trough will persist today, then slowly weaken
tonight into Tue night. High pressure will build NW of the waters
tonight, then slowly weaken Sun into Tue. A cold front will move
over the waters from the NW Tue and Tue night before dissipating
Wed. High pressure will build behind the front Tue night into
Wed. A trough will move along the Washington and Oregon coasts
Wed night into Thu night.
