.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will continue to move SE into the
region today. A trough will form along the Washington and Oregon
coasts tonight, persist through Mon, then slowly weaken Mon night
into Tue night. High pressure will build NW of the waters today
into tonight, then slowly weaken Sun into Tue. A cold front will
move over the waters from the NW Tue into Wed before stalling
over the southern waters Wed night.
