.SYNOPSIS...A weakening cold front will dissipate as it moves
into the waters today and tonight. Another cold front will move
into the region Tue before moving inland Tue night. High pressure
will build into the area behind the front Tue night into Thu
night. Low pressure will approach the NW portion Thu night, move
into the area Fri, then weaken along the Oregon coast Fri night.
