.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build E across the area tonight
into Tue, then dissipate Tue night. A weak low pressure and cold
front will move across the waters Tue night into Wed. High
pressure will rebuild into the area later Wed, persist Wed night
through Fri, then weaken Fri night ahead of the next approaching
cold front.
